SUMMARY
Screen sharing certain fullscreen programs freezes them until focus is taken from them, in which case they unfreeze for about one second

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a full screen program. I have seen this bug happen especially in Steam games.
2. Screen share the window through any possible way (https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing/#2934117762639923 will do)
3. Go back to program

OBSERVED RESULT
Program freezes until focus is taken

EXPECTED RESULT
Program works as expected
