dolphin issue

SUMMARY
my system language is french. in dolphin there is an weird issue related to the detailed mod view and localize. 

see the  picture in attachment. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin on a french language system
2.  in detailed mod view
3. observe

It is expected that we show English when translations are missing. The "jjjj" is more confusing though.

jjjj is probably a wrong translation of dddd (which would display the day). I know we fixed recently multiple occurrences of it, we would need to double check again we have not missed some.
