This problem happens frequently, mainly when I try to access to taskbar. 
How to reproduce:

Task bar is hidden, pass the mouse pointer over it and try to open some application, or, hover the icon of an opened application that has several windows opened. If you move the mouse pointer fast, the plasmashell will broken.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
