I've install it with SNAP and it starts correctly (admin account)
My kids account (no-admin accunt) can't run it. No krita icon shows up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install snap package
2. Change Desktop account to non-admin
3. No correct Krita-icon shows up, krita does not starts.

I ended up uninstalling the snap package and installing the .deb package.

As far as I can tell, a snap is personal to the user who installed it. In any case, this isn't a Krita bug, but a downstream issue. For best performance, we recommend using the latest appimage because that contains many fixes to the libraries Krita is using.

Thank you for your quick answer.
The snap says it was built by "Stichting Krita Foundation", althought you kind suggestion I suggest passing this my bug-report to the people in charge of building the specific snap.

Thank you againg.
