SUMMARY
When starting a new session with an existing session,  window behavior is inconsistent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a session in Kate
2. Maximize window
3. Start a new session using Sessions>New Session

OBSERVED RESULT
New session is restored down

EXPECTED RESULT
New session inherits active session window position and remains maximized
