Alt + Tab and Alt + Tab + arrows key don't work very well.

SUMMARY

I've been using Alt + Tab to switch between windows, but the problem is that it adds a tab to the text, and I don't know how to fix it. I've checked the Obsidian shortcuts, but there is no Alt + Tab shortcut. Furthermore, I have added a video of the bug. The second problem is that when I use Alt + Tab along with the arrow keys, it changes the time slider in SM Player.
