Description João Ribeiro de A. Borba 2024-08-21 14:32:13 UTC
Application: plasmashell (5.24.7)

Qt Version: 5.15.3
Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Operating System: Linux 6.8.0-40-generic x86_64
Windowing System: X11
Distribution: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
DrKonqi: 5.27.11 [KCrashBackend]

-- Information about the crash:
This is a Kubuntu 22.04, KDE Plasma 5.24.7, KDE Frameworks 5.104.0, Qt 5.15.3, kernel 6.8.0-40-generic (64 bits), Grafics X11.
The ClamTk was running at the same time when I was configurating the top panel.
I had ever another problem, with another panel (a botton one). This botton panel was hidden, and never up to the view with the proximity of the cursor, so, it was unaccessible. And so, I was trying to configurate the new top panel as a substitute. But it crasched too, desapearing.
And just now, while I am writing this lines, the botton panel reapeared (I quickly reconfigurate it to not autohide, to not pass the oportunity).
But the top panel is desapeared for now. Perhaps come back with the reinicialization of the system. I hope.

The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.

Thank you for the bug report!

However Plasma 5.24.7 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE; supported versions are 5.27 (LTS), and 5.27 (non-LTS) or newer. Please upgrade to a supported version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one.

If you need support for Plasma 5.24.7, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing support for older releases that are no longer supported by KDE.

If you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to a supported version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
