Description st_kemptner 2024-08-21 09:12:01 UTC
SUMMARY
I have tagged the pictures in my collection hierarchically with the tag manager, i.e:

Events
- Christmas 2023
- Barbecue 06/24
- Birthday 2022
- Concert XYZ

Family
- Father
- Mother
- Brother

Friends
- Joe
- Alex
- Sarah

Now I would like to see which people attended which events and in how many of the pictures they are.

Result:
Christmas 2023
- Father (5)
- Mother (10)
- Brother (7)
- Sarah (2)

Barbecue 06/24
- Brother (20)
- Joe (12)
- Alex (5)

and so on.

I know that you can see how many pictures are tagged with a specific tag, but when I select a second tag with Ctrl, then it displays not just the pictures with both tags, but all the pictures with these tags. I guess a workaround would be a toggle in the Tags-View to change this behaviour.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to count how many pictures are tagged with a specific tag depending on the selection of other tags.

This is a matter for the advanced search, with 2 search groups you can create a search, e.g. images with tag "Father" will be displayed if "Christmas 2023" is also present.

Another way to get the desired result would be to select both tags in the left sidebar and link them with "AND" in the tag filter in the right sidebar.
