After selecting “Transfer photos” in smartphone.
in Digikam in import, realme RMX3393 (auto-detected) appears after pressing the Import button:

On this host
My other Samsung phone works with Digikam.
Through nemo, pix, gThumb it is possible to download pilks from Realme.
Downloading also does not work in digikam versions: .appimage, flatpak

Downloading images also does not work in digikam version 8.2.
The problem also occurs on other distributions: Manjaro KDE-Plasma, Fedora, Kubuntu, KDE neon, Ubuntu.

It's probably a bug in libgphoto2. We don't have any camera drivers in digiKam code.

Please report this problem in libgphoto2 bugzilla : https://github.com/gphoto/libgphoto2/issues
