Screenshot Partition Manager vs Disks programs

A Windows partition formatted with the ReFS file system (aka Dev Drive, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/dev-drive/) is not recognized and listed as "unknown". In comparison the "Disks" program from the GNOME project correctly lists the partition type as "ReFS".
