SUMMARY
So, from my phone i can't seem to find my pc and vice versa. Tried disabling firewall(which i did not have), then instaling one, setting it up to ignore kdeconnect, did not solve it. That's all the solutions that i have found.

The possible reason: i had all set up, and i had a connection couple days ago. Today i wanted to keep using it(sharing clipboard is a god level idea), but the connection was not there. So i thought because i use dualboot(with windows) i probably have something messed up although i do not have kdeconnect on windows. I have similar problem with bluetooth devices. So i thought if i delete it connection on both devices, it will connect as new, it helps with bluetooth. It did not. Found solution to do the thing with firewall, nope. Uninstalled on both devices, installed back, nope. Did firewall thing again, nope. Sad, it's super useful for me, cant wait to get some response from you. Thank's

I'm probably still a bad linux terminal user, i could not figure it out and find working solution.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE # i guess
1. connect both
2. ?install windows? not sure if that had an effect
3. stop using for a day, go back and forth to win couple times
4. try to connect
5. delete previous connections
6. Can you connect again? yes? lucky bastard

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Garuda Linux x86_64

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
love the functional of the app

Thank you for the bug report!

Can you try stopping the kdeconnectd process (e.g. with "killall kdeconnectd"), then immediately restarting it manually in a terminal with "kdeconnectd"?

Does it work without the vpn, so that this bug can be closed?

I don't think there's anything here on bugzilla you can do to help people see that this might be an issue, but you could add it to the Wiki page I linked.
