red screen flashing with chrome opend when pressing shift+ctrl

SUMMARY
when i change my keyboard layout with chrome opened reي screen flashing on key press shit+alt fe

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open plasma on wayland
2. open chrome
3. use shortcut for changing keyboard layout

OBSERVED RESULT
flashing red screen as showing in attached video

EXPECTED RESULT

Linux/KDE Plasma: archlinux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

i have nvidia vga with nvidia driver from arch official

Is it actually the screen flashing red, or exclusively Chrome? It looks like the latter

The screen not chrome it is clearer when Chrome is not maximized.

i revisited it its true on chrome only

It sounds like a chrome issue then. Please report this issue to chromium developers.

This is almost certainly the on-screen "visual bell". It's an accessibility feature if you're deaf. You probably want to turn it off.
