SUMMARY
- Shake Cursor tab isn't available from accessibility settings, it's just missing
- Even if search Shake Cursor in the search bar, it shows Accessibility tab, but it's not there

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. Open Accessibility tab

OBSERVED RESULT
- No Shake Cursor settings

EXPECTED RESULT
- Being able to setting the Shake Cursor settings

Windows: -
macOS: -
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch

It's only available on Wayland
