STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krita
2. use circle tool with any colour (eg red)
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
creates white circle

EXPECTED RESULT
create red circle

This cannot be a real bug, it must be some kind of misunderstanding. Make sure you're using an appropriate color space: for instance, if you use a grayscale color space, the circle might look white or grayish. For user support, krita-artists.org is a better place to ask for help.
