SUMMARY
The UI is very "janky" during window resizes. Easiest to explain in a video. In the video observe "normal" dolphin and and the "janky" resize of discover

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. resize the window

OBSERVED RESULT
resize is not smooth (window contents move)

EXPECTED RESULT
resize is smooth like other applications
