Created attachment 172630 [details] Screenshot shows what happens when setting "Turn off screen" to "Never" SUMMARY Currently, when you set "Turn off screen" to "Never", the "When locked" option gets grayed out, it would be nice if we could make it so the display will not turn off when unlocked/using but still turn off when locked. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open "System Settings". 2. Go to "Power Management". 3. Set "Turn off screen" to "Never". OBSERVED RESULT "When locked" gets grayed out. EXPECTED RESULT Still being able to make the screen turn off when locked. Yeah, seems reasonable.
Just chiming in here because this used to work before. I think I have one of my systems, running F41 KDE Spin where this still works. However, from a fresh install, it doesn't seem to work or at least the option isn't there anymore. I'll see if I can get some screenshots of this work because this "bug" looks more like a feature request, as if this has never been an option

And unless you let your computer sit of an entire week without any input it basically does the same thing.
