SUMMARY I do a lot of documents scanning and crop these documents using krita. The strange behavior I'm facing is that when I open the document I want to crop using the context menu of dolphin ("open with..." -> krita) then select the part of the scanned document I want to keep, the menu "Image" > "Trim to selection" is grayed. That wasn't the case in previous versions (I'm not sure when that behavior appeared). If, instead, I open the file through drag and drop, from the menu or from the "recent files" window, the "Trim to selection" menu is available. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a PNG file through dolphin context menu 2. Select a rectangle somewhere 3. Try to use the "Image" > "Trim to selection" menu entry 4. Close the file and do the same while opening the same file through the "File" > "Open" menu. OBSERVED RESULT At step 3. the "Trim to selection" menu entry is grayed and thus cannot be used. EXPECTED RESULT The "Trim to selection" menu entry should be available whether the file is opened through the file manager's context menu or from within krita.
