SUMMARY

If the timezone specifier is malformed or non-standard, the message date is set to 1.1.1970.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a message with a malformed timezone specification in the Date header

EXPECTED RESULT
The sane default is assumed for the timezone, salvaging the rest of the date;
-OR-
The other valid date is used: Received date, IMAP date, etc.
