STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enter "Edit Mode" 2. Uncheck "Floating" 3. Observe OBSERVED RESULT Small gap between the bottom of the display and the bottom of the panel EXPECTED RESULT No gap between the bottom of the display and the bottom of the panel SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Kernel Version: 6.9.10-1-MANJARO (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics Memory: 14,5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Graphics Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: 82K2 System Version: IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This seems to be a bug afaik. Display server is X.Org X11. Only happens when the panel is positioned at the bottom of the screen.
On another note, this seems to be a wider problem and not just related to the panel. I have seen this issue right now with the splash screen, a seemingly line at the bottom of the screen which the splash screen does NOT cover.
+ It happens when i set the size of the panel to 48, on 46 there is no gap.
What scale factor are you using? 100%, or something else?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #3) > What scale factor are you using? 100%, or something else? This might very well be a scale factor issue, as I am using 118,75 on a 15inch laptop screen. However, the gap is gone on 125%. On wayland, the gap is on 120% and also disappears at 125%.
Aha, so then this is fixed in 6.2.0, at least on Wayland. On X11 it's unfortunately nearly unfixable.
