Misrendering in Konsole

SUMMARY
Typing the command "echo 🗺1234" misrenders and shows the map overlapping with the one. Using Noto Fonts Emoji 2.042

Renders correctly in Dolphin when using "🗺1234" as file name.

Yes this seems to be the cause where the emoji is 2 wide but Konsole only sees it as one for some things.
