Num Lock under Plasma session does not respect system settings. Propagating settings to SSDM weirdly works.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Num Lock to off
2. Reboot
3. Log in

OBSERVED RESULT
Num Lock is on

EXPECTED RESULT
Num Lock is off
