SUMMARY
Applet org.kde.plasma.system monitor.cpu freezes plasma

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget "Total CPU Use" to the panel
2. Set Display Style to Applications Table or Process Table
3. Apply settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma is frozen

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma is working correctly

Cannot reproduce in current git master, and there have been a lot of bug fixes for System Monitor widgets lately. Marking as fixed in 6.2, but it might have even already been fixed in 6.1.
