The software UI shows the following:
Using Poppler 23.09.0
PDF Backend Version 0.6.5

SUMMARY
Cannot modify a phone number after entering it, getting 'rename' errors when trying to save to another disk

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter a phone number like '123456-7890'
2. The phone shows up as '(123) 456--789'
3. At this point, whatever I try does not work. Deleting one number, backspacing in the number, selecting a few numbers and pressing delete.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot edit previously entered phone number. The phone always reverts to this: '(123) 456--789'

EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to edit the phone number.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure if it is related but I am getting 'rename' errors when trying to save to another disk. I edit a file on drive C: and try to save it on drive D:
