SUMMARY
Trying to use the Export Layers script results in the program hanging. I am not able to interact with the window or even close it. I have to force close it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tools > Scripts > Export Layers
2. Select Document, Select Initial Directory, Hit OK
3. The program is hung and cannot do anything so now I have to force quit.

OBSERVED RESULT
The program hangs and does not respond to interaction.

EXPECTED RESULT
All of my layers exported as separate pngs.

After testing further I have determined that it is caused specifically by selecting the Initial Directory, or rather, by initiating that process. Because even clicking the "..." button to select a directory and then canceling still results in the program to stop responding.

I also just checked and the same behavior is occurring in KDE Plasma as well.

I see you are using the flatpak version of krita. Flatpak does some weird sandboxing, so that might be the issue. Does this also happen with the appimage?
