See attached screen shot, bottom half SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Oh, for what it's worth: Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Kernel Version: 6.9.11-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor Memory: 62.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT
fwiw cannot reproduce on firefox nightly, plasma git build, firefox running in native wayland mode.
I also cannot reproduce it with current KWin git master and Firefox 128.0 in native wayland mode.
I cannot reproduce the issue either. Based on the screenshot, it looks like you're using a highly customized firefox theme in plasma, and the default one in gnome where the tabs are above the address bar. In either case, the suggestions popup is not managed by kwin, it's a subsurface, and its position is decided by firefox. We recommend you to report this issue to firefox developers.
