SUMMARY
On Fedora 40 Wayland, during the maximize and minimize animation, the lowest maximized window on my primary screen blurrily scales up its content. This also occurs when the second monitor is unplugged and I reboot my computer. HDR settings seem to have an impact on how exactly the bug looks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maximize a window on a screen
2. Maximize another window

OBSERVED RESULT
During the maximize animation, the window first maximized is scaled up a lot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window is unaffected.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Fedora 40
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- When disabling HDR, the bug only occurs in some square areas on the screen. Sadly, I don't know how/if I can upload multiple videos. I've found no other display settings to influence the bug. When disabling the maximize kwin desktop effect, the bug doesn't occur.

- I use an AMD 6800 with the primary screen in DP1. The primary screen is a 144Hz 1440p HDR LG Ultragear screen. The secondary screen is a 60Hz 1080p dell screen (that was affected by the suspend resolution bug). However, as I said, the bug also occurs when the secondary screen is disconnected on boot.

Aha, this. It's fixed in Plasma 6.2.
