1. System settings
2. Region and language
3. Try to change time from US to Italian 
4. System says "Could not find the system's available locales using the localectl tool" and suggests to file a report

Same here with Fedora Kinoite.

The relevant code is https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/blob/master/kcms/region_language/kcmregionandlang.cpp#L96.

Running "localectl list-locales" shows the locales. However, it does so via less (?). Maybe "--no-pager" is required?
