Example document.

SUMMARY
I want to be able to disable/enable and reorder the page number and title values in the tree table sidebar for applicable PDF files. Dolphin permits this for inode attributes, and it's a standard feature of the Qt5 and 6 QTreeWidget.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke the attached document.
2. If it doesn't automatically appear, select the "Content" panel.

OBSERVED RESULT
The columns' values are not possible to hide or redorder, nor are they labelled.

EXPECTED RESULT
* The title and page number columns should be labelled at the top.
* The columns should be reorderable.
* Disabling/hiding columns should be possible (to provide more space for the title on a thin display, for instance).
