test .svg file

SUMMARY
The preview of a .svg file looks blurry on my system even with display scale 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download the test .svg file
2. open the download location with Dolphin
3. activate the preview of .svg files in Dolphin settings
4. set icon view mode in Dolphin
5. activate preview in Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
preview of .svg file looks blurry. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
crisp preview
