I also unistalled the app and when I went to reinstall it it asked for $12 so I paid hoping my troubles would be fixed but no it didnt so im all my settings lost and $12 deep with my work now on pause and the app still not working properly STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Hi, Hunter! Could you clarify what exactly you mean by "wont text or open the type menu"? Usually, you need to create a shape, then open Tool Options docker and press "Edit Text" button to edit the text. Hi, the video you attached is a link and the file at the other side of that link is not available for us to view. What I suspect you are saying is that the text editing window doesn't open after text creation. I cannot reproduce this here. What I recommend you to do is to first check if the text editing window didn't get minimized. If it did not, try to select the text with the text tool, and then select "edit text" in the tool options. If neither of these two things work then I *do* need access to a video file to see what is happening.
