A Screencast That Demonstrates How To Reproduce It In 6.1.3

SUMMARY
If the user commences the process of choosing what to screencast, but cancel using the "Escape" key before they do, the wrong GUI is presented.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  ```sh
    spectacle --new-instance
    ```
2.  Select the "Recording" tab.
3.  Select the "Rectangular Region" button.
4.  Press the "Escape" key.
Thank you for the bug report, and I'm sorry we weren't able to look into it yet. A lot has changed since it was reported; can I ask you to see if this is still an issue with Plasma 6.5 or later? Thanks a lot!
Yeah in this case we should probably disable the "Save Asโ€ฆ" button, at a minimum.
