SUMMARY
kdeconnect needs --refresh to connect when phone disconnects, because it takes too long to reconnect.
so i created a systemd service & timer to execute "kdeconnect-cli --refresh" every 5 seconds.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect a phone in kdeconnect
2. disconnect (by rebooting phone or using a VPN that does not ignore local IPs)
3. connect to the local network

OBSERVED RESULT
takes too long to connect or i must manually go to "system settings" -> "KDE connect" -> "Refresh"

EXPECTED RESULT
connect when phone connects to local network under 5 seconds
