Failure on KDE Connect

SUMMARY
I am experiencing multiple "Remote control requested" popups using KDE Connect, Krfb, and Xwayland (Steam).
Deleting the files mentioned in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=480235#c18 provides a temporary fix, but KDE Connect will still fail approximately 30% of the time, and Krfb 80%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Allow remote control sessions with persistence
2. Continue to use system

OBSERVED RESULT
Persistence restores permissions

EXPECTED RESULT
New popups open rerequesting permissions

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since Xwayland is not yet supported, I did not include logs, but the session will close after ~5-20 minutes, after which a new popup is triggered.
