It doesn't matter how - by clicking on an icon, pressing Ctrl+Shift+T, selecting option from menu... STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click on "Open new tab" icon several times 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT The window shrinks by 1 or 2 pixels (its height decreases). It can be checked with: xprop | grep 'user specified size' EXPECTED RESULT The window size should not change.
