How it looks now

Same issue as Bug 487387, but for color picker dialogs. The standard Qt one for QML UIs is pretty yucky and buggy; see also Bug 490831.

You can see one by:
- Right-click a Color Picker widget > Open Color Dialog
- Right-click desktop > Desktop & Wallpaper > Positioning: Centered > click the color picker well
- System Settings > Colors KCM > Click the custom accent color button

This one does get styled okay (it at least uses a dark color scheme when needed, unlike the font dialog, see Bug 487387). It's a bit worse usability-wise, but that's probably on Qt to improve. Downgrading severity.
