This does not happen when using the built-in laptop screen only. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect external Monitor 2. Select ICC profile in Display settings OBSERVED RESULT Idle power draw triples EXPECTED RESULT Power draw stays the same SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: 6.9.9-1 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Laptop is a Tuxedo InfinityBook Pro 14 gen 8 with Nvidia 3050 GPU. The bug occurs when running in dedicated GPU mode and with integrated graphics.
We're missing damage tracking for the shadow buffer, which could be the cause of this.
