SUMMARY
When using the color-management feature on external monitors, it seems that this causes the idle power draw to increase substantially, making the entire system run hotter overall. This does not happen when using the built-in laptop screen only.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external Monitor
2. Select ICC profile in Display settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Idle power draw triples

EXPECTED RESULT
Power draw stays the same

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.9.9-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Laptop is a Tuxedo InfinityBook Pro 14 gen 8 with Nvidia 3050 GPU. The bug occurs when running in dedicated GPU mode and with integrated graphics.

We're missing damage tracking for the shadow buffer, which could be the cause of this.
