SUMMARY
My auto-hiding configured main-panel with application manager etc does not auto hide anymore after swiping up from display border and focussing another application after.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Swipe up to make your Panel visible.
2. Click on an opened Window (click on the window itself, not the panel)
3. Now the Panel is still visible and will not auto-hide.

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel does not re-hide

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should re-hide.
