SUMMARY
Screen output flickering on OLED laptop display
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Select Screen and Monitor
3. Tick the "Enable HDR" box 

OBSERVED RESULT
The output on screen flickers violently from very dim to very bright and greyed-out

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen output should show correct constant output. Should not flicker or be grayed-out

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 40 (KDE Plasma)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The laptop experiencing the issue is tthe ASUS Vivobook Pro 14 OLED M3401QC with integrated Radeon and discrete Nvidia 3050 graphics
