SUMMARY
Polish (Germany, No Dead Keys) layout does not work anymore, even when chosen. Some other layouts have a similar problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run System Settings
2.  Go to Keyboard -> Layouts -> Configure Layouts -> Add Layout -> Polish (Germany, No Dead Keys) 
3. Observe that some polish layouts do not have the flag and are not functioning as expected.

OBSERVED RESULT
 - Some polish layouts do not have the flag and are not functioning as expected.


EXPECTED RESULT
 - Keyboard Layouts should work like before in Plasma 6.0 and 5.

Windows: -
macOS: -
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSuse, Manjaro, Fedora (This KDE problem is cross OS)

Can confirm. Cannot change to Polish (Colemak) keyboard layout, it is set to Latvian Colemak after selection and throws an error in the preview window: 

Keycodes above 256 (e.g. <I256>) are not supported by X and are ignored
Error:            No Symbols named "colemak" in the include file "bqn"
                  Exiting
                  Abandoning symbols file "(null)"

Quick workaround:
~/.config/kxkbrc
Change `LayoutList=en,XXX` to e.g. `LayoutList=en,pl` and then enter KDE keyboard settings and change the order to apply changes.
