***
On first start if gpg is not found in /usr/bin/gpg2 check automatically if a version is found in /home/<user>/.gnupg and if yes, use this version.
***

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu and gpg as a user
2. Install Kgpg (actually would be nice, if Kgpg in included in the default)
3. Open Kgpg with a click on a gpg file and go to the second setup question

OBSERVED RESULT

The path /usr/bin/gpg2 is suggested, but the version installed is correctly shown

EXPECTED RESULT

If the version can be detect it should also be possible to suggest a path to the installed version of gpg
