screenshot found on internet with "view mode" menu on top

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a "Get new..." window
2. observe the menus on top
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the first screenshot was found on internet, it shown a menu to choose the view mode on top (set to "Preview" in the attached screenshot). The second attached screenshot was taken on my system, the menu to choose the view mode is missing on it.

EXPECTED RESULT
the menu used to set the view mode is available

Yep, I removed it. We didn't think it was actually useful.
