When hovering the cursor over any items in the plasmoid, it shows the same tooltip for anything, saying "File transfer: Put your files here to send them to your phone."

Additionally the tooltip is displayed _below_ the applet.

I can confirm the behaviour with the same tooltip being shown for every item, but for me it always shows under the last notification.
