SUMMARY
After waking up from a longer sleep on my laptop, one of my external monitors wakes up with a low resolution in the 600 pixels, in the screen settings app, it says that this low resolution is the only known resolution for this monitor, I had to reboot/reconnect the monitor/use kscreen-doctor to fix it.
