SUMMARY
When I double click Kate on Windows 7, it shows nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no window at all.

EXPECTED RESULT
The software runs normally.

Windows 7 is not supported by qt anymore.

Kate doesn't use Qt6, Qt5 supports Windows 7.

Kate doesn't use Qt6, Qt5 supports Windows 7.

Current Kate is Qt 6 based, Windows 7 support is gone.
