All this moving around.... This seems to have complicated things, there are also 3 or more ways to do the same thing now...

I attached a video on the bug. Following the Plasma 5 flow:

1. right click on Panel, enter edit mode
2. Right  click on panel... again. "Add widget" button
3. The widget explorer fades in and out again.
4. Exit from Panel edit mode to "normal" edit mode (even though the widgets should go to the panel" and it works
