Left Side GPX Editor-right Digikam (look at the Offset)

1. Select a Photo
2. Open the Geolocation Editor 
3. Open the GPX-File (recorded with "GPX Tracker" on the iPhone)
4. correlate

OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong Position of the Picture

5. Adding 2 Hours (Camera-Timezone)
Correct Position of the Picture

GPS is UTC time, so London. Your position is +1 hour in Germany, + 1 hour summer time = +2 hours.

I assume that the GPX file viewer already converts the date to local time. Can you make the GPX file available, if not public, to my email address?

This is the corresponding entry in the GPX file. It was 15:18:09 UTC time. So the 2 hours are correct.
