Hi there,

I'm having trouble with Windows 10 freezing randomly. The entire system becomes unresponsive, and I can't use the mouse or keyboard.  It happens  at various times, making it difficult to predict or troubleshoot.  Is there anything I can try to diagnose or fix the issue?
