Can you comment on your system's scaling, color scheme, accent color, etc? Does it reproduce in a new clean user account? Also, concrete steps to reproduce would be helpful, since I can't immediately reproduce it myself with our portal tester app.
Hi Nate, Scale 175%, Breeze Dark, accent color from color scheme. (If anything else is relevant, please let me know). And no, I cannot reproduce on a new user, both with Breeze and Breeze Dark. If I figure out a clear way to reproduce the issue I will write it down here :)
Thanks. Haven't figured out a way to reproduce this yet. Question: does the color issue happen in file dialogs *not* spawned by portal-using apps?
No, it didn't happen (for example, with Kate), only with xdg portal. But in any case, I cannot reproduce anymore, so perhaps it was a one-time weird behavior (perhaps I forgot to reboot/restart session) after an update... closing for now, I will reopen if I observe it again and can reproduce it in a consistent way.
