Hello there.

This issue is the basically the same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461450, but in this one I'm requesting an option to disable it instead of forcing the change for everyone.

I think that the mentioned issue shows that some users prefer to not have any italic text at all wherever possible, or at least not for Dolphin and the desktop, which should cover 99% of the use cases.

I personally follow this guide whenever I update Plasma just to get rid of the italic text on desktop: https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/s5n1fs/how_to_make_desktop_icon_text_not_italicized/

Implementing an option to disable italic text for Dolphin, the desktop and similar places without requring to edit a file would or the KDE Plasma source code would be very appreciated.

Thank you for your attention.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Please do not intentionally create duplicate bug reports/feature requests for things developers have already rejected. An option is overkill here. Like 5 people globally would ever use it.
