I'm using Fedora 40, kernel 6.9.6-200.fc40.x86_64, with manually install nvidia driver v550.90.07.
I encounter this connect my external this bug when I:
1. connect my external display (Leneovo P40w-20) via Thunderbolt 4 cable (USB4)
2. power on my laptop
3. login to my account - both displays works (side by side), the task bar of my laptop display
4. close the laptop lid - the display configuration is adjusting (correctly), moving the task bar to the external display

and then I get the plasma shell crash window

HW Info:
* Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 4i laptop
  * Intel i7-11850H
  * NVIDIA RTX A4000 Laptop GPU
* External display - Leneovo P40w-20

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
